I just changed to using dual cinema screens plus my MacBook Pro Retina 15".
I use the following hot keys to move any of the 3 screens to a different “desktop”:
The reason I have 6 desktops for the center screen is that I use the 6th one for Photos, and the small screen (laptop) only deserves four desktops.
