QuickTabs

QuickTabs is an awesome Chrome plugin! It allows me to quickly navigate to a tab matching some query. I map the key option-L to open it up, then type some match string, and then down arrow to the one I want. And I just learned it has more tricks, such as closing tabs that match a string.

Give Vimium a try instead of QuickTabs. It does much more.
In addition to what you already mentioned and from the same category I also use RearrangeTabs plugin.
